What we do

Versatile Pattern-making & Aluminum Casting Capabilities

Our versatile casting capabilities allow us to tackle virtually any custom or production application. We can produce precision aluminum castings in sizes ranging from grams up to 2 tonnes.

India’s history with aluminium goes back a long way to 1938, when the metal was first produced in the country. With time, aluminium swiftly and steadily replaced other conventional materials across industries and verticals. By 2021, aluminium production in India hit a record level of around 3.96 million metric tons!

But we still have miles to go, because India’s aluminium consumption stands at just 2.7 kg per capita in comparison with the global average of 11 kg per capita. Clearly, there is vast potential for furthering the use of aluminium in Indian industries. And now, over 80 years since the production of this wonder metal began, India is poised on the threshold of the next big change in its aluminium industry the creation of extreme-sized, non-standardized industrial castings.

At Krishna Metal Cast, we embrace this challenge with our contemporary, end-to-end integrated plant.

Manufacturing Strength: Our Competitive Edge

Based on the demand, our foundry is capable of producing castings which exceed 2 tonnes in mass and 2.5 meters in length.

Our aluminium foundry, which consists of a moulding area and a melting area, is the centre of the whole casting process. In the case of job production and small lots (up to 1,000 pieces per year), we utilize sand molds. In contrast, for large production runs (over 1,000 pieces per year) of castings weighing up to 40 kg (maximum dimensions: length 1,120 mm, width 730 mm, height 470 mm), we employ die casting techniques.

Our in-house casting production services guarantee that all of our custom products deliver industry-leading performance, quality and consistency. We utilize an array of cutting-edge manufacturing methods to meet the unique requirements of your product application including job shop, just-in-time and mass production solutions.
